Hobson City Alabama PD installs Mobile Data system
.

Who says you have to be a large police department to enjoy the benefits of mobile data? Hobson City Alabama is on line at a cost of less than $100 per month for NCIC access, high speed wireless network connections and integrated mobile computing services!

Falcon Wireless a systems integrator for Sprint PCS and Voyager software systems assisted Hobson City in becoming one of the smallest and most cost efficient users of mobile data in the USA! Additional information is available by calling Carol Hooten at (205) 854-2611 or by clicking on the Hobson City Story Quick Link at the right.

What's Happening with Falcon
.

Some of you remember Candice Colafrancesco. She had been with us for quite some time but decided to get married, have a baby, and get a vine covered cottage. She did all that, and now she is back with us as Candice Sutterlin. Her job is working with existing customers and golf courses. Give her a call at 1-800- 489-2611. She would love to hear from you!

We have a little human interest story to share with you this month. Cats are persistent. Anyone who has one (or two or more) knows this to be true. Last week, one of our office cats (Tux) was insistent that I do something for her. I went through all the known regimens (fresh food, finger stirred and back scratched while eating among others).

She kept taking me to the back door. After about the seventh time, it occurred to me that the men's rest room door has been shut for an unusually long time. I knocked on the door and heard no reply. Assuming that the door had been accidentally locked, I went for a screwdriver (also works as a key) and opened the door. To my shock, I found one of our tenants out cold in diabetic shock. The paramedics were called. They found his blood sugar down to 37.

After getting him back up to normal levels, he was released from the ER that same afternoon. We are delighted to say that he is doing just fine. I think our tenant may owe his life to a senseless creature. Maybe she isn't so senseless after all.... Tux lives with her brother BJ (Blackie Jr.), Burch Falkner and her care givers at Falcon Wireless.

Falcon Wireless announces new pricing plans!
.

Historically, Falcon Wireless has based our pricing on the assumption that our customers expect programming, pre-sale services, open account billing, and post-sale services. The reality is that there are companies who do not provide these services and sell on the basis of price alone

With this recognition, we have developed new pricing programs to meet your specific needs. Effective April 1, 2003, our Internet pricing will be for BASIC equipment unless otherwise noted. This means you don't have to pay for programming, rapid warranty service or pre-sale support unless you want it.

At the same time, we are offering premium services, in particular on the Motorola CP150 and CP200 series radios as well as the Relm RP16 and RP99 series that includes frequency programming plus our unique Next Day Exchange service for only a few dollars more than our lowest discount prices. We think you'll like it!

You can add NDE (Next Day Exchange) service for only $37 annually. This provides a replacement radio the very next day if you need service, plus call tags to pick up the defective unit. Now, that's SERVICE! You can also add 16 channel programming for $20 plus only $1 per additional channel. Now, YOU control your cost!
